Upon completing an online order, an official confirmation is issued. Orders are subject to stock verification and dispatch clearance. Insured courier tracking coordinates will be provided via SMS and WhatsApp within 24 hours of consignment dispatch.
For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) is payable to the authorized courier agent upon delivery. For online bank transfers, proof of remittance must be provided to initiate dispatch.
If a timepiece exhibits any manufacturing discrepancy upon arrival, clients are entitled to a replacement within 7 calendar days of receipt. Timepieces must remain unworn, with all protective films, tags, and bespoke presentation boxes in pristine condition.
These terms are governed under the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from an order shall be settled through courteous mediation with our Boutique Concierge.
